Your order will be delivered by Interlink Express. Interlink couriers deliver Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm. If you are out when your parcel arrives the courier will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on their card to either arrange a re-delivery or to instruct the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place should you not be available to sign for your goods*
*Instructing the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place is at your own risk. No claim can be made against the courier company or The Little Pet Shop for parcels that are missing/stolen or never received when you have authorised them to be left.

(Zone 2):£18.00
This is for an order upto 10kg in weight. If the order exceeds 10kg, the charge will increase by £18.00 for (upto) each 10kg thereafter. The shopping cart automatically adds the total weight for you. Please note that the shopping basket will be converted from per 20kg parcel to per 10kg parcel at the checkout when zone 2 is selected.

Southern Ireland (Zone 3):£14.00
This is for an order upto 20kg in weight. If the order exceeds 20kg, the charge will increase by £14.00 for (upto) each 20kg thereafter. The shopping cart automatically adds the total weight for you.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard delivery time on our main product range is within 10 days of your order being placed. The average delivery time on these orders are 5 working days.
If you are requiring an order in a hurry we have a select range of products on express delivery. Express delivery products are delivered within 3 days.The average delivery time on these orders is 1 working day from your order being placed.
Express delivery products have a star logo next to the delivery status on the product information page. You can also view express delivery items by filtering your search using the drop down bar and selecting "Show only immediate dispatch products". To ensure your order is dispatched on our express delivery service do not add standard delivery items on the same order, orders with express delivery & standard delivery items will be processed as a standard delivery order.

 

What Does The Delivery status Logo Mean?
When you place your order the products will have a logo next to them, this will determine the delivery time as follows.
