We offer Nationwide shipping from £4.95 (click for full details on our shipping tariff) All orders are dispatched via Interlink Express couriers with a tracking number and insurance for peace of mind.
Our customers benefit from free food samples (subject to availability).To be eligible for free samples customers must fill in their “My Pets” section on their account page. We also hold regular competitions for our online customers including a Pet Gallery Corner page for customers to show off their pets for a chance to win a voucher to use in our online shop.

Payments Online:
We accept all debit & credit cards including American Express. Payments made through our online store are secure, all details sent are 128 bit encrypted and can only be read by our system. Once your transaction is complete your payment details are deleted.

Errors:
Whilst we make every effort to maintain correct prices, should a product be incorrectly priced on the website and it is chosen in your order, we will not process your order and no charge will be made to your card until we have contacted you. We will inform you of the revised price and leave it for you to decided whether to continue with your order.
